Over ten years of professional experience

Before joining the Bar, Constance Boulanger spent over ten years in corporate legal departments across various industries (property development, managed residences, hospitality, biomethanisation, live entertainment...), both in France and internationally, ultimately serving as Secretary General, General Counsel and a member of an Executive Committee.

This background gave her an in-depth understanding of how businesses operate — their strategic, financial and operational challenges — along with hands-on experience in negotiation, risk management, governance, restructuring, and supporting executives in their decision-making.

This proximity to senior management and governance bodies (Boards of Directors, Supervisory Boards, Executive Committees...), together with the rigour and standards it demands, informs every matter she handles today — whether advising a business or an individual.

Drawing on this experience, she joined the legal profession with the aim of putting it to work for her clients.

Constance Boulanger handles any legal matter relating to the life of a business, primarily in business law, contract law and trademark law.

Mindful of the human dimension of the law, she also assists individuals, particularly in consumer law, family law, and at important life milestones.
